My team leader comes in, talks, smiles, and laughs with everyone else, but she has aggressive mood swings. Usually never happy and always a frown on her face. She ignores me to the ends of the earth, won't speak to me, looks past me like I am vapor, or rolls her eyes if I speak. What would you do in this situation? Just put up with it?

If you are on light duty you should not have been on a fork lift and only doing signs… sounds like your managers/tl problem
two things . My teamlead was made by a manager to threaten me essentially in front of everyone over the radio because I was not able to remove from the printer , separate and hang 100 or more price signs while taking forklift calls in no more than one hour. I was on light duty due to an injury management had caused by making us do extreme amounts of stocking in the AM. 2nd thing is that when my son was 3 I would give him a time out any time he behaved like a manager... not in my house buddy !!
Team leads are usually lower levels of intelligence and can't make a decision, let alone choose what mood they're going to be in from minute to minute. I'm sure you're happy they left!
If you TLs are aggressive generally that means they are getting their butts kid by management and market management…. Not saying it’s right. But Being a TL su-ks
