It could be nothing of course, but it is unusual that two meetings I have today (one long standing) were shifted to new times late yesterday. I did not get the magical new, generic meeting invite (yet) but we’ll see what happens today. Feels like my group in CTO will be hit.

This place is run by lunatics. All during covid, hardly any displacements while the market tanked and businesses went out of business and no one was moving (if they had a low IR) and no one was refinancing due to rate increases in 2022. Today, they are poised to lower rates and now they want a skeleton crew working mrtg. Do they plan to drive people to other lenders with this move or are they just d-mb?
