On IRIS, there's a post detailing some items that show gratitude to the employee base, including
- a day off for "preventative care"
- free on-site lunch on the 17th or 18th. remote workers get 25 standout points instead
- two work-from-home weeks (christmas and 4th of July weeks)
As well as increased standout point pools, sweepstakes, more funding for site lead programs.
I will always be happy with an extra pto day but I'm kind of meh on the rest. Many people take PTO during those weeks. Not interested in the lunch and the rest seems like fluff.
