Your description of the manager only slightly narrows down the candidates.
the manager can't, but if you do something that violates the terms of the severance agreement it can be terminated and clawed back. Go read the fine print and make sure your planned action doesn't trip any of those conditions
It depends if you violated the severance agreement, not on your prior manager…..
Nope. It contractual. WF agrees to pay you and you agree not to sue for wrongful termination.
