Just so we are all clear on what the latest CWA update equates to. If we agree that the company has sc--wed us out of ~$8m in 2023. That equates to ~$600 per employee. How much have we given up over the past four weeks. Rhetorical because the math isn’t hard for me. Not to mention surcharges have been in play for years for those whose spouses have other options.

It's fuzzy math. Those surcharges aren't being "pocketing." That money is being used to pay the claims for employee spouses who could get other coverage but choose not to. The surcharge is bc AT&T is paying the primary coverage rates instead of the secondary--so the main meal instead of just drinks or dessert. It's a choice--the employee's spouse has the option to NOT pay the surcharge by using their own employer's insurance instead of AT&T. Soo..if your spouse can get their work insurance for $115 or less, they'd be d-mb to pay the surcharge unless their plan doesn't cover squat. Again, it's a choice made by each employee and spouse.
Also... AT&T doesn't get any money from COB. The additional coverage is paid to the providers, not AT&T.
What a false narrative by CWA.
I don't blame the CEO, it's a empty suit, the real problem is the culture of underachievers & self important and self serving half wits, such as yourself, that impede forward movement and profitability
Keep blaming the CEO. We have more in common than we do differences. Both are protected employees with a different wage scales. Neither can be let go for incompetence.
What was it pre~Stank? Since July 2020, just adrift, any gains aren't a direct result of that ego maniac. Hand picked by the shiny object crow, Randall.
Look at T-Mobile now. We are running on fumes and certain passengers get excited when we make it up a hill. Any gains here are quickly lost, almost seems intentional.
“ share price is hard on the Stankey”
Share price is up almost 40% YTD. I am not a fan of the CEO but I am guessing most investors are happy with him. Not to mention all of the officers holding massive shares.
Addition and share price is hard on the Stankey. Just eludes him in every possible way imaginable.
