Seriously, I don’t know how many changes there has been in the past what - three weeks? First the door knocks, now the consistent micromanaging? Jeez, I gotta get out of this company. There is no consistent paths and honestly, with these strikes, what makes them think people would want to go with us? Seriously, JVB doesn’t even know half of what she talks about and when someone asked about how we’ll be making things better for our customers, she didn’t even respond. What a joke of leadership. You see how they’re focusing just on plat at this point and the SPs? Hmmm, okay.

It was all about Platinum and SP. there was little focus on territory.
Worked a lot with JVB 10 years ago in NE region. When she talked with her exaggerated head movements the twins would bounce. It was like watching the “Airplane” movie clip. No idea what she ever said, just stared.

Behold the wisdom of the Stank.
It is not your place to question, it is your place to obey until the patron saint of surpluses graces your email with platitudes of parting privilege.
All hail Stankey!!
Waiting on another culture survey or any engagement survey for that matter so we can all see the results of employee morale after the strike, layoffs and RTO. I know my thoughts after being on CP assignment all this time and they aren’t positive for leadership decisions. That is the G rated version of how I really feel. I hope the union gets everything they deserve, don’t worry there is an over abundance of work upon your return.
The company is trying to reduce reporting hierarchies so they can cut head count. Some make sense, some don't.
The beatings will continue until morale improves.
