Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

The survey we need

Management needs to ask the following questions and then think long and hard about what they're doing wrong once they receive results:
How many employees have considered quitting in the past few months?
How many employees are planning to leave within the next two or three months?
How many employees have actively searched for new job opportunities over the past several months?
I guarantee you the numbers would be much higher than anybody suspects.

@iiv that sounds like retaliation and you should consider consulting with an attorney.

I answered honestly and my manager stopped talking to me soon after the survey results came out. Don’t complete the survey.

Those survey questions haven’t changed in 20 years. Maybe a tweak here and there, but basically the same.
WF is not interested in learnings. They are interested in checking the box that says “Pretend to give a sh*t what employees think”, and bragging about employee engagement.

Which is why the best way to make a point is to not do it.

They want people to leave. Answering that just corroborate what they are hoping to accomplish.

That translates into direct questions asked every employee ("Are you planning to leave within the next two to three months?") - remember, surveys are not anonymous, and most of the time they are abused by management to get rid of troublemakers.
