Thread regarding Chevron Corp. layoffs

It’s not motivating to work for a company that’s falling apart

If I’m going to be abused, work overtime most of the days, suffer toxicity and some insecure and incompetent manager, if the job is going to eat most of my time and energy, let it at least be in a company which is going somewhere. I’m instead ashamed of where I work. I’m coming to work only to collect a paycheck, and have to force myself just to go through the motions.
