Every morning I can barely drag myself to work and I dread what day holds for me. I have a horrible manager who is everything but helpful and competent, but makes sure to breathe down our necks and watch our every move. This behavior screams insecurity, which in turn he compensates with arrogance. The atmosphere he created in my team is unbearable. And he probably is not a unique case in T.

I was feeling the same. I was dragging myself to work every morning. Almost quit 2 yrs ago but told myself let me hung on little longer and if I’m lucky T will pay me to leave. And magic happened. Stankey came up with RTO and told me to move to Dallas. I refused with the smile on my face and now I’m free from toxic T. So never give up.

Oh don’t be so hard on the guy. We’re all in this he-l hole together, just at varying temperatures of T damnation. Imagine coming into the office knowing your boss is a human hemorrhoid that can’t wait to crawl up your hole. They will probably both be surplussed together soon enough.

Nearly 17k people are not working, making only $300 a week until there's a contract.
Nearly 10k people are working without a contract, and if T balks, they may go on strike.
Another 40k or so are either being told to move or scared they will be laid off.
