October is the next phase of wave 2. Tell us the numbers for Legg org. Is December the last phase for Wave 2? People in the know tell us. No guesses from random people.

“I'm wave 2 and I'm still here for some reason.”
Go figure. You would think they would want to maintain complete transparency.
Don’t take any chances though. It’s best you celebrate your upcoming 50th on the down low. It also wouldn’t hurt to make sure you have all the right boxes checked in HROneStop to disclose your authentic self. (highly encouraged but completely optional).
Finally, swap out your picture in Teams so you cannot be identified by your outward appearance. (the required DEI training said that people harbor unconscious bias so it can work both ways)
“ Many level 3 and 4 people are being offered demotions. If they say no, they get no severance because they were offered a position they declined. If they take it, they keep their salary, but their bonus % drops and they may never see a pay raise again since they will already be above the maximum of their new paygrade. For 3s that take a level 2.... no stock grants ever again. Considering loss of the dividends as well, it's a massive pay cut.”
Allowing level3s to downgrade to level2 will not reduce headcount. I was given to understand that they want to reduce the number of employees

“All I know is Oct will hit hard per unlocked one note.”
If you know, you know. Good old company wide search on the intranet can yield all kinds of wonderful gems including HR emails, spreadsheets, raw data, etc. Try searching you attuid. Dig deeper, the answers and intentions are all there.
“It’s all going by org from my understanding, and I’ve heard Ward is pushing back due to Ericsson migration and other things we’re working on.”
Ward couldn’t push back a tu-d if it was dripping down his Legg. (see what I did there?). For all we know he received the Wave 3 letters approved from HR and Corporate Attorneys and fell asleep at the keyboard instead of releasing them to the employees.
The whole selective RTO initiative is rife with favoritism, and every other “ism” you can imagine. They think they have pulled the wool over everyone’s eyes until the day comes when it will all be exposed.
It’s about as transparent as an
“I’m wave 3 and haven’t gotten any letter or notification about anything.”
Oh, so you must not be 50 something. Tell me I’m wrong.

No guesses from random people.
Made the entire post irrelevant. All we have here is guesses.
Ask your random supervisor
What I heard is that October layoffs have nothing to do with rto waves.
“What org are you in for wave3 and no notification?”
Network, Ward, just got the “you’re wave 3 rofl” email a year or so ago.
Never got anything else, or have been bothered about it.
It’s all going by org from my understanding, and I’ve heard Ward is pushing back due to Ericsson migration and other things we’re working on.
As a random person, I'd guess that Legg org is going to be cut by 20%.
What org are you in for wave3 and no notification?
I’m wave 3 and haven’t gotten any letter or notification about anything.
Most wave 2 left already, wave3 got notified, off payroll end 2024; some beginning 2025
