Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

What are the fields on the Presence report?

Since we don't have access to this report to enforce RTO, does anyone on this board have access and willing to tell us exactly what is being reported?

It’s funny they think we care if HR, and the C-suite know how we all think they’re bozos.

I told my VP RTO was bullsh-t and a layoff in disguise - using those words - in an in person meeting.

I couldn’t care less if they know, if Stankey messaged me I’d tell him to his face.

I hope they’re aware of it.
I hope HR knows how much everyone hates them.
I hope they read it and see how many people hate them and their stupid policies.
I hope they know how much productivity they’re losing and how much people hate this place.
I hope they all know how everyone thinks Stankey is an overpaid bozo in a clown suit.

Good, let them read.

“RTO has been going on for over a year now, why do people care so much now all of a sudden? Stop asking about it before you fluck it up for everyone else being a selfish loser. Note, the company is aware of these boards (they literally posted about it on the CP site).”

How is asking or dumping on a stupid system and pushing back ruining it for everyone else?
Are you saying us finding ways to bypass and work around their stupid system and talking about it going to make it harder for you to also work around it?

What are you saying exactly?
And people aren’t going to stop bi--hing about it and pushing back until something changes, why should we? They will get lowered morale and productivity until something changes.

Also, they posted about these sites on the contingency planning site? That’s awesome.
Fu-k Stankey.

The view my supervisor pays attention to is the Details section. It shows an overview of total employees, and shows percentage for the team of presence attainment for Office and Virtual.

It lists each employee and has columns for past weeks: Office Days, Days at assigned location, time off days and holidays. The field is blue if you met the requirements, mint if you didn't.

It’s just a list of total micromanagement, full tracking of your location and time in office
