Leadership being let go is a blessing. A retirement cushioned with $$ is nothing to scoff at.

Some Retail Directors let go over the new re-org to better focus on each retail format. Actually that’s smart of them to do and probably could have been done a while ago. To their defense, they had one of the hardest parts of integration with all the overlapping stores. Care never had to deal with that. Sprint and T-Mobile call centers were always separate and never had to combine until the Sprint customers were converted to magenta.
The one Care Director was an isolated situation. I don’t know what happened but i heard it was bad. They don’t fire Directors for no reason outside of reorg.
Surely the individual in charge of making such poor strategic business decisions would not remain in the same leadership position?

He was let go over a bad situation. Nothing related to downsizing.
A CEC Director in West region was let go this week. Not sure if others have followed
