Advocates are now in training to take customer service phone calls 50% of the time instead of layoffs.
The whole department will be gone soon, it was confirmed today and the bosses were all told.

Provider Advocacy Mass Layoffs Today (pex). The team I was on was laid off except one Manager. Also on my way out got kicked in the teeth by being told my severance didn’t include total time at UHC but only with PeX. Way to crush someone even more.
