So a VP held a meeting to talk about year end reviews and said in front of hundreds of people that capone "pays for performance". It was said to desensitize employees and make them feel it's normal and if you're performing then it must be you. HR team was there and other stooges were saying thar it should be an exciting time to document your work. When you perfmove above and get PIPd and fired.

In the office i hear someone on a zoom call talking to someone else about performance calibrations for an employee. And heaing this person say bad things about the employee to stack ranking this employee. Very unprofessional to do this in an open cubicle environment, where everyone can hear.

Discover employees are far better than C1 employees. Replace all the management in C1 with Discovers management.
Technically discover engineers are far better superior and talented than C1 engineers.
C1 engineers are not safe at all with discover engineers coming into picture.
The thing is those at the VP llevel and up also get fired frequently like everybody else. Nobody is safe.
