In the office i hear someone on a zoom call talking to someone else about performance calibrations for an employee. And heaing this person say bad things about the employee to stack ranking this employee. Very unprofessional to do this in an open cubicle environment, where everyone can hear.

I was told by regulators that the merger will be blocked. In addition, information was found during the investigation of the merger that will result in fines for both companies.
