As part of our People Promise to promote open and transparent communication, we’re taking steps to address an important issue: Subscriber Inequality. Currently, only a small portion of the company’s employees—just a few hundred—are subscribed to the CEO’s newsletter. This imbalance hinders our ability to Champion Our People.
To combat subscriber inequality, we are automatically subscribing all employees to the CEO’s newsletter, "Time with Thasunda," effective immediately. Removing the option to unsubscribe ensures our commitment to equity and inclusion.
To be clear, this is not in response to previous low subscription levels but rather a step toward reinforcing open communication across the entire company. It’s a WE thing, and staying informed is crucial to our collective success.
