Hi all, I was on PTO last couple weeks and no access to my email and work phone. Just back today and not seeing any emails about RIF. But one contractor saying I am affected… Even my manager haven’t reached out me yet

Ask your manager
I wouldn't reach out. Keep a low profile, head down and keep working. If you were affected by this rif, you would have been contacted or will be contacted. So personally. I would continue to do what you do.
Call IT regarding access issue. Call your HR business partner regarding Possible termination.
I would suggest don’t take words from contractors. If you haven’t received any email from HR on termination most probably you are safe. Else I would talk to HR or manager if anything has changed on my employment.
