Aero is going to be assigning 9 blocks in late September this year, basically based on mid-year results. Barring a miracle that rating won't change in December.

The mid-year is just a reminder that we all still work for Honeywell. You write some words, your boss responds with some words, you sign off and done.
I got my Mid-year. Uggggh. Another retention bonus. I'm stuck for three more years for a lousy 100K........
sounds like IA mgrs never got the message about how it works at honeywell.

You aren’t assigned a 9-block at mid-year… my mid-year went well as did the mid-years for my direct reports. Our team has been holding strong and continues to overdrive, although we are all concerned about the broader state of things in IA.
