Out of 6 reports, managers came up with 1 report as evidence to show my weakness that was also BS as someone pointed earlier artificial/fake review but let suppose that 1 was bad still I have done 5 projects/reports pretty well i.e approx 80% time I have shown good performance then how this end up with BS inconsistently meet rating. Isn't this clearly shows they are exploiting you and getting their work done and sc--wing you over with the reviews.

OP, I completed all of my projects on time 100% successfully and received all positive feedbacks from others, but my criminal manager still gave me inconsistently meets. I might have a case to complain, but I don't think you do. You cannot complain if you got only 80% successfully.
So I’m hearing you’re the best, nothing below consistently exceeds for you, it must be everyone else doing poorly.

I was expecting a bad mid-year because I was told I'd be "affected by location strategy" this quarter. I was quite surprised when I looked at my review today and it appears my manager is using my mid-year to fight for my job. I am lucky though, I work a shift that's near impossible to fill on either side of the pond, and on the odd chance I make a mistake, it's never a big one.
Because the goals in the review don't matter. What matters is toeing the line, kissing their a-s, and managing up.

So you had surprises? They love going that. A review should never have any surprise and well if you’re meeting expectations that should have been clearly communicated to you and well documented prior to mid year. I’d definitely challenge it. Ratings as BS an ally intended for us to disappointed enough for us to leave without severance, nope not going to, I will just quiet quit… bare minimum it is!
