Site leaders don't know what they are doing, Good people are leaving, nepotism at its finest and OPL leader is a tyrant and the good ole boys club is back in full swing! "Stupidity is doing the same thing, over and over again, but expecting different results.” So why would we hire the same people as Managers when they couldn't get the job done as a supervisor? I guess time will tell if they get the job done now that they get paid more!

CLW is a temporary stop for many leaders looking to get to better companies... look at all those that left. Most should have never been hired in the first place.
