It’s coming thick and fast now. People are being notified because of the FedEx sc--w up. They have been planning this for so long. They are heartless and money driven. The decent thing would have been to give people time to prepare themselves but no the bottom line is money. Disgusting. I’m praying for my Ulti Peeps.

Big Layoffs at the VP level with more restructuring announcements on Monday. All only to “provide better customer experience”. Nothing to do with PE firm return on investment.
I hope we can get an idea of how big this is. I’ve heard that the layoffs won’t be completed until after next week. I’m worried for myself and for everyone else. Leadership has really wrecked two great companies.

So they don’t notify about layoffs through emails anymore?
From data I've gathered on the other anonymous forums, seems like some HR individual contributors and several VPs have been let go. You can confirm this by trying to search for people on Teams. The expectation seems to be that a larger, more broad layoff is still coming, either this week or next. This next one is supposedly affecting teams across the org including EPIC.
