Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Where are the survey results ?

Thought they were important and were going to be released a long time ago. Must not be the results Stankey and team, were expecting. How can things be improved or move forward if it isn’t shared? Must have finally gotten the unvarnished truth on how the leadership team is doing. Morale is terrible so, layoffs and toxicity will continue until it improves. Now they are playing chicken with the largest bargained District 3. Not too smart but what can one expect?

“ These downvote waves just indicate to me that the company is reading this board and knows how much discontent there is.

I love it.”

Likewise! I get a kick out of knowing the grossly overpaid, inept, egomaniacs take umbrage to the truth shared here.

And they were up your butt, you wouldn't know, Mr. Lou Sanus!

You can’t be serious when asking this question. The survey is conducted ONLY to satisfy the requirements of JD Power ranking, which are “ self reported”. Absolutely no corrective action comes from these surveys ever, period.

Stankey took a damp and wipe his a…s with the results tally. Now results stink and are unavailable.

John Stankey dug up Robert Allen's grave and tossed the survey results in with him, took a dump on his chest and then filled the coffin with rubber middle f1ngers before closing the lid. Rumors that he stuffed Legg in there with the middle f1ngers are not true, unfortunately.

The survey was not for us. The company that conducted it It is not for the workers, it is for the corporation, and they're the ones who recommend changes like cuts etc. It was not for us, that's why it looks different.

“You can tell either a demonic troll or a few HR people (same thing) recently jumped into this thread and started downvoting good points, because the numbers suddenly look a little different. The culture here still su-ks, sorry you can’t portray it any other way.”

With the resistance to RTO, the impending strike that may happen with the union, and other issues poor management has caused, they probably hired a team to come make positive comments about Stankey and T as well as downvote posts.

We’ve seen it before on other boards, Blind tends to be the most representative of what employees actually think.

It’s fine, if you work here, you know how everyone really feels and nothing is going to change that. People are unhappy, morale is lowest it’s ever been, most technical folk are just waiting for the economy to improve to jump ship.

Only business majors, and HR in Dallas are actually ’happy’ and they probably aren’t either - they’re just better at pretending since 90% of their job is putting on a face, being fake, and shilling for the executives.

“Our VP told us Stankey was quizzing people in the Dallas lunch room and yelling at the person's VP if they gave an answer he didn't like.”

I’d love to hear some of the answers people gave.
I’d probably be disappointed, not many people have the ba--s to say what they really think to the CEO, unfortunately.

As has been said many times the survey was to gauge acceptance of Stankeys bs new culture.

Our VP told us Stankey was quizzing people in the Dallas lunch room and yelling at the person's VP if they gave an answer he didn't like.

So the survey will be worked on and twisted until it tells the story they want - that all your peers buy into the (totally made up and nonexistent) new culture and you better get on board.

Until they figure out how to do that you won't see it.

It's not an exercise in making things better. It's an exercise in mind control and rooting out independent thinking.

“I wonder where the Annual Employee survey is? Last year it was given to us in June.”
There’s really no need to complete any more surveys until early 2026. The employee base will look completely different then.

“D3 isn’t afraid to strike and I’m on the contingency team, not going to get injured because of the CEO’s and labor team’s poor decisions. I hope bargained gets all they deserve, we are all in this together. There has been too many reductions or eliminations in benefits and policies over the last few years. The bleeding needs to stop!”

I’m “management” and I agree, fu-k Stankey - I hope these Union guys fu-k them up. Go on strike, cause mayhem. Fu-k this company.

Stankey and crew don’t care, they are attending the Olympics. They ask for the rank & file to reduce or eliminate expenses while they spend unnecessarily on every sporting event that comes along. It becomes a game of where is Waldo (Stankey) and his team? They spend while asking employees to quit, constrain budgets/projects, RTO or be involved in waves of layoffs.
