Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

Honeywell is at that threshold right now

Long term growth has been sacrificed for a short term cash grab by executives through a bonus scheme that rewarded stock price targets by any means necessary.Wall Street has sadly not discouraged this behaviour so predatory executives have raided a lot of large corporations, like a bubble there is a threshold where the business will pay the price for sacrificing organic long-term growth which could takes a decade to revive. Honeywell is at that threshold right now, stock price will tumble and a huge contraction is inevitable after the smash and grab. Modern capitalism.

An on point post, bumped from @2inr+1tL8cYcB.

@rll+1tVDBL73 quacks like a recent MBA hire, believing the promises that brought them in, who hasn't been around long enough to experience the HON reality.

@rll, you think you're going to save your own skin by putting down everyone who has legitimate gripes about how the company is run? If you can get your job done, it must be on a laptop, as opposed to hands-on production where there are serious problems, even if they're not yours. They've run off the people who created products they could be proud of, and loved the company. Brown-noser that you may be, your number will eventually come up.

There is nothing liberal about that ridiculous post. This is a thread about Honeywell’s greed - not political, nothing to do with cons vs libs. Grow up.

I'm retirement age if that helps. I am not a fan of Honeywell's treatment of her employees though. We are taken advantage of to make the numbers without any due compensation.

You tell this person is manager or group leaders. They hire all the slackers and then they go after everyone that acted like them. Like it was OK for them to be slackers, but nobody else can do it. Don’t make me laugh.

You’re right! We are hiring people who are 18 to 26. 18-year-olds are running the company. Well, this is happening at my division. Never seen anything like this.

There was a post. Honeywell was only gonna to hire these people. Force the other ones out. Because you can stay on your parents and Insurance until you’re 26. They might have to offer health insurance. Yet! If nobody buys it, they’re not breaking the law. Then company keeps the insurance money. You wonder why you always make your quarterly numbers and why the company always pays dividends.

So this is gonna be their workforce, if child laws weren’t in place. We’d be hiring these people too. Welcome to Honeywell.

What age group do we have on here now, is Honeywell employing toddlers? I read the post from @rll+1tVDBL73 and all I can see is the screaming libtard meme. Grow up and come back once you have experienced real life.

Correction, America is at a crossroads right now. If things don’t change then greed and short term profits will lead to others leaving the US in the dust. As much a-s I want the US to lead, this sort of behaviour can only be destructive.
… Somebody had to say it!

@rll+1tVDBL73 calm down, elon. what great products are we making that is differentiating ourselves? good intentions are not good enough--we need to perform well. we're not doing so hot with that part.

When you say "(talking about you integrated)" do you mean integrated supply chain?

The vantage point of pawns on the board is not the same as the player. Just remember that there is a team of just a few people who make the real decisions. They play for money and if you and your team aren’t bringing in the money or fail at a massive project ( talking about you integrated) then your prospects are limited. Money will move and your business will starve. That is what happens when you miss customer commitments or simply get stuck pumping gasoline when then government has banned gas car sales. Good or bad right or wrong … doesn’t matter. Only money matters.

All you haters, please leave the damn company, you are all slackers, go work your dream job at 7-eleven! Honeywell makes so many societal products they don't need cheaters/slackers, they need good people who love the company and products. Watch all the haters attack this comment because they are all major losers! Please Honeywell, have a layoff and get rid of the losers.
