Honestly, this company is getting worse and worse. Some people have jobs that are useless and don’t even know how to do them, others work their as--s off and get no recognition and then leadership look like clowns. lol, please get me out of here. can the economy get better??

Been with T going on 40 years and ever since SBC took the reigns, the company has gone to h3ll! It’s really disgraceful how the CEO thinks he’s doing T justice when he is the greatest injustice ever bestowed upon this company. Can’t think of one good thing to ever come from having him at the helm...can anyone...?

The surplus will continue, until the set amount of employees remains. Remember, if you are over 45, have a pension & years of dedicated service, you are at a higher risk to be chosen to leave.
You need to only be worried about you & not what others may or may not do, unless you are their boss. Wait up & smell the coffee.

Grow up? Complaining about a situation is not effective. Take control of your life and move in the direction you want. Stop blaming executives, management, government, the economy, society, the alignment of the stars, etc. for your misfortunes. Man up and move on!

I have been here for 8 years. I have no real work activities, I asked my boss and she said to be patient, projects will come. I make 88K per year and I honestly do nothing, I mean nothing! How can there be projects if the company is busted a-s broke?
All the top performers got let go.
Understand…it’s completely by design. They hope to increase attrition via intentional “toxification”.
