The CO and maintenance budgets have been constrained most of the year. We have to get 2nd to 3rd level approval for a pencil and give them the 5 W’s. Who, what, where, when and why. Techs and 1st line’s aren’t allowed to order anything through Upfront, without approval. So a lot of maintenance, like changing filters, or lights for instance, is not getting done because of the hassle. Lucky to have the restrooms resupplied or cleaned, especially “unmanned offices” of which, there are none because many techs, managers and contractors visit frequently. Most office restrooms are nasty and out of TP, soap and paper towels.
Get rid off excess project managers with nothing to do.

Money is tight, I have funding for a few projects but it was like pulling teeth and this is for networking improvement projects…our bread and butter.
