Everyday cost, both in time and money, of commuting and spending time around the office made me finally decide to leave. Since I made this decision fairly early, it gave me enough time to look for another job. I got lucky, was offered another remote job with better pay and benefits, and I took it immediately. Best thing I did. If you want to leave and you are afraid of change and uncertainty, don’t be. In this time and age, the vast majority of jobs are uncertain anyway. You may as well always look for something better.

Good.
there has been a hiring surge the last 4-5 months, but I think its going to probably start tapering off now. I wouldn't want to be laid off going into august
Congrats I’m hearing not many companies trying to hire.
I’ll take things that didn’t happen for $500.
You do you. Leadership is not looking out for any of us
