Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

JBV

Does anyone know how JBVs bosses view her? She is clearly unsuccessful at this and has zero idea what she is doing. Do they see that?

Her daughter is an intern this summer at the HQ building in Dallas. Nepotism is alive and well at AT&T!

Is she still wearing the cheerleader outfit from the video a few years back?

A few years ago JVB and I passed by each other in the lobby of the Lenox Park 2180 building in Atlanta. Our eyes met, and she smiled at me. We shared a moment, and it was great!

That's where you're mistaken. She knows EXACTLY what she's doing. In retail, there used to be around 2,000 corporate stores and significantly fewer authorized retailers (AR). Now, there are close to 3,000 AR locations, with corporate-owned stores being a fraction of that number. This shift was orchestrated by JVB.

And guess who followed in those footsteps when JVB moved on? Yup, Shelley G. Their primary goal is to remove corporate business sellers from the equation, just like they did with corporate stores, and simply write commission checks to Solution Providers (SPs) and Alliance partners based on their sales. Moving the first round of platinum modules to Alliance was the initial step. Increase targets to unattainable levels and put entire org on plans was next. From there, they'll evaluate how quickly they can move. The will continue scaling until the platinum designation is phased out completely.

Next on their agenda is offloading acquisition. Combine Mobility and Fiber early 2025 and you can cut half the org. The writing is on the wall; it’s just a matter of how quickly they can get the fired T and T rejects in Alliance up to speed. Meanwhile, they are making online offers much more attractive than those from direct sellers, further diminishing the relevance of corporate sellers. They want Alliance partners using Salesforce to open tickets for support from the cheapest labor markets, such as India and the Czech Republic.

America is doomed. Politicians keep giving these companies tax breaks with no requirements to keep the work here. They get the tax break and send the money overseas. Or they give our jobs to other countries or SP’s/ Companies like Prime that don’t even pay a livable wage.

This is clearly a playground for the intellectual giants of our species.

Bosses?? She’s an EVPGM correct? That means Mcelfresh (COO) and Stankey (CEO). Or are we supposed to believe you came on here posing this “question” without spending 30 seconds looking her up in Webphone?

JVB is unaware of what’s going on. She asks a lot of questions with confidence. She wraps up the discussion with, “Now let’s change that.” Then nothing good ever happens.

Bring back Ralph de la Vega! Fix the Gate!!!
