Understand the situation. We brought in investment advisors who had teams. But they had to play hr games in bringing their teams over.
If anything the bank is too focused on hiring minorities. I saw it written that over 80% of 2021 hires and promotions were non white male. White mail make up 32% of population so that 32 is going for 20 which means the other 68 are going for 80. That is what is called reverse discrimination. Hire on merit.

It's not just blacks, it's minorities in general. Add females to that and 50% shouldn't be that difficult.
Ideally we should be color blind. I have seen many incompetent employees of all colors, and dedicated smart employees of all colors. Schart gives the impression that he prefers certain religion and race, unfortunately.
I'm not sure Shart is a racist, but he certainly hires all his friends, and all them juuuust happen to be white dudes. Could be a coincidence. Could be.
Anyway, when he said that it really pi---d me off because I knew at that instant that we were going to be the ones paying for his stupid comments.
He didn’t say he didn’t want to hire them. He said that so few were actually qualified.
One time he was speaking truthfully he was hammered for it.
