Incentive? Absolutely nothing is ever considered an incentive when working for WF. As long as we are being rented, we are being treated like a rental.
The only controllable incentive an employee has is the option to quit and run from this place. Not realistic for some, but that is quite revealing on how ugly things really are.
You get an extra 2 weeks of severance. You can hang out for another 6 months FFS.
Cubes have been replaced with the lucite frames with mini certificates inside. Kinda lame, cubes were better. In any event OP, you get severance based on COMPLETED years of service, so if you got downsized one day short of 10 years, you'd get 1 less severance pay check than you would if you were 10 years plus 1 day.
PTO on the other hand, is by calendar year, so if your work anniversary is any time in 2024, you're already accruing at the higher rate. If it's 2025 you won't accrue at the higher rate until next year.
