A lot of LOBs have rolling hiring freezes, based on budgets and especially common around the end of the year, etc.
India has lots of openings. A small pay cut will be required, but Charlie will love you.
You can apply for a position in India right now.
I heard tech is affected.
Uhh.. I get daily internal postings based off an alert. Only hiring in hubs though.
No. I just did internal mobility onboarding for my team in this week
No. My team just onboarded a new US employee this week.
1300+ job openings in USA contradict any hiring freeze. I know of new (not backfill) role request(s) working their way thru the system now. It’s all about location and function.
I still see jobs posted daily. It'll be different LOB to LOB
No US new hires and limited backfill. India new hires to backfill US reductions are preferred. God Bless.
Not if you JPM-reject buddy is the hiring manager and you are totally inept and whatever job they get for you.
