Amazing to me how we are d-mbing down code into yaml so it can be handled and shipped abroad. Amazed at how bad these decisions are made so they can get rid of experience and talent. The sinking ship gets lower and lower.

Tech was d-mb downed when they hired Kerrins.
Maybe if they stuck to good tech, or decent customer service, maybe steering away from criminal activity, stealing from customers, how about good employee retention, better media presence, better PR and press, better mortgage products, well perhaps I’ve made my point, maybe the last decade wouldn’t have been so bad.
Ten years ago I was at a tech town hall where management offered up, without provocation, the claim that the bank is technology minded first.
Typical WF management unable to deliver on anything. If they could have stuck to a commitment to good tech, maybe the past decade wouldn't have been so bad.
And even that is too difficult for most offshore to implement correctly.
