Hub vs non hub and tracking

I just moved work location from a non hub to a hub (moved organizational groups too). The hub is further from me but I asked for it and am willing to commute. However I am wondering-how do they track this in context of RTO? How many days am I allowed to work at a “remote”, aka non-assigned location?

Can' say if its the same for all departments but the report gets data from the IP address used and if your badge was swiped. There's no length of time that it records, just how many days those controls are hit. Some folks badge in, log in, and go back to work at home.

I’m told that the report managers see just says your rolling weekly in-office day average plus a flag of some sort if >50% of your in-office days during that rolling average were somewhere other than assigned location. I’m not sure if there’s a bank-wide policy of any sort based on the latter, or if it’s just a manager discretion thing. But if the report your manager uses is the same as the one mine gets, as long as you’re averaging at least 3 in office days per week overall and > 1.5 days per week in your assigned location, it seems it will all look about the same on the report.

3 days in office at assigned location/ 2 days remote. Been known for 2 years now. How hard is that to understand?

Unofficially us mgrs have been told majority of in office days need to be in assigned location. Depends on what your mgr says.

Considering you double-posted, you're probably already on a short leash.
