HON plummets 8% from last months 52 week high

Downward guidance for balance of the year crushed HON (down more than 5% today alone).

Love that the media and financial institutions are telling everyone that the economy is just fine and that its just knee jerk panic selling. Mr Buffet dumping 230 billion dollars of stock over the last month is just normal right? There are so many layers of failure about to happen all at the same time. It is genuinely scary!

Global markets tanking, more (serious) war on the horizon, open discontent in Western Countries and mainstream media brazenly lying like never before whilst the facade is crumbling.
Any learned person knows what is coming.
Honeywell was a shitebag before any of this.......so as others have stated many time on here in the last year Honeywell is heading straight to the gutter. Good luck :)

With talk of recession in US, HW will want to size the business to match. Expect cuts in near future.

Must read for all Hon Victims.

However, based on the book, Hon is destined to be like GE.

Break apart in mid air, and fall into pieces..

I’ll tell you the real problem at Honeywell. We’re acting like Boeing. Leadership pushing parts and streamlining processes in order to get more parts. When you’re only getting 52 to 55% yield rates. there’s definitely a problem.

Here is what they do. Work more overtime and work more Saturdays and Sundays. Plus holidays and let’s move you from a pay grade 7. We’ll move you up to paygrade six or higher. So you cannot get bumped, if there’s a layoff.

Bogus promotions, and bogus new jobs. In order to protect management friends. They also get more pay than the average production worker. Like $30-$38 an hour.

@3hyn+1tGVHdGt Truth bo-b for you. Honeywell recruiting standards have dropped off the cliff in the last 5 years, we have employed 1000s of low grade, unqualified personnel. That is how you got a job, sorry to crush your ego but you work for a corporation that has one of the lowest reputations in the US. I guess you can celebrate your luck as you could never get a similar position anywhere else but don't fool yourself that you are any good and that you work for a great company, that would be pure dishonesty. You got lucky....enjoy it while it lasts but don't delude yourself, we know all too well what you are and the company you work for.

What HON did to UOP is shameful. They have ki-led the pipeline of talent. UOP would get the cream of the crop. Now after laying off career development engineers sometimes just days before they start…. I’m embarrassed sometimes. And now days that gets back to potential hires. You can’t hide that bad leadership like you could before internet, LinkedIn etc. Hopefully UOP survives but is not what it was. Why do you think some of our top talent went to LanzaTech? Not just because of Cote insults, but because of a disrespectful culture from leadership

Whiners are a big part of any problem, real life seems to sc--w some Honeywell employees up because they actually believe nothing is supposed to change or yet get a bit negative when working at a large successful company like Honeywell and facing the massive negative high inflation force on the company. Yes, high ups always seem to do better but if those high ups are not creative with cutting costs, you will all be out of a job.

Honeywell makes some really great products that really help society, can't we celebrate that????

Get ready for cuts to save money. We have to start bringing our own toilet paper to work when we are required to be in the office

I laugh when you hear the term headwinds......there is effing great mega tornado coming. Honeywell will be decimated within 5 years. This is a fact.

Hon executives not even smart enough to spin IA as an AI play to pump the stock price. Time to stop hiring inside yes men as CEO and get someone from Silicon Valley who has earned the respect of Wall Street. They laugh when DA or VK talks about organic growth or technology differentiation. They would not laugh at someone who has walked the walk.

The acquisition wasn’t so bad it’s the fact that H has run us into the ground. IGS in particular was very well run before we were acquired. Now leadership is a complete clown show.

Share price has been range bound since 2021. Disappointing for everyone in the sharesave scheme. If it wasn’t for Areo, share price would have crashed. IA continues to be a drag. This is looking to be a disastrous acquisition.
