Well, I think at the earnings call they stated expenses are still a concern. It’s easy to figure out what that means - the easiest expense measure is to cut people. The question is. - what would a Leader do differently? The easy solution is always taken and unfortunately it is the employees that pay the biggest price.
Maybe we should make them quit for a change. May tables finally turn in our favor.
Not enough people are quitting they said. Need to lower expenses
