Charlotte is the #1 city for downsizing WF employees also, so, yeah. Your time will come. You think they are going to keep 3 big buildings there forever? lol, be lucky if there is one left in another decade.
Large majority of Charlotte folks are not from Charlotte and lots of bank hopping! Real estate prices reflect growth.
