Thread regarding Crown Castle International Corp. layoffs

Stop the Drama- Focus and Move Forward, it’s not summer camp!

Can we please stop the whining and just get to work? This is a publicly traded company with a duty to reorganize and optimize efficiency, not a summer camp. Complaining about "lost culture" or "used to care" isn't helping. If you don't care anymore, it's time to move on but most of you won’t.

We're all here to earn a paycheck, and it's time to face the reality that our business needs to address inefficiencies. Nostalgia for the "good old days" won't solve our current challenges.

If you're really unhappy with the culture or your job, it probably shows in your work and someone will likely take care of it in the next reorganization.

You have a job, you have benefit’s and you are so fortunate so just stop the negative a lot of us are so over the “it’s not what it used to be” drama . You are lucky enough already! Let's focus on what matters and get things done.

Oh...and the OP should put their name out there so that everyone knows how you feel. Get on one of your weekly calls, and say the same thing you said on here so we know exactly how you feel. What are you afraid of? Man up/woman up and stand by your own words.

The OP is exactly why the company has been failing. Instead of addressing the issue of poor leadership hiring their golfing buddies with no experience in leading the groups they're placed in and seeing people "falling upward", it's "shut up we're going to keep this leadership style and if you don't like it leave."

It shows that you need a reality check that YOU aren't making the company money, it's all the ICs that are doing the work and getting things done. If you lose confidence from the ICs then everything falls apart. If leadership was making intelligent decisions, then you wouldn't be seeing everyone pointing out the same issues and faults with this company. The people attached to your BH telling you everything is great aren't doing you any favors when there are blatant issues going unresolved.

Why come to a gossip board if you don't want to see gossip and complaining. That's literally why it exists. Go to glassdoor if you want to read positive reviews.

100% true, people don't know how good they have it compared to MOST fiber companies just do your job collect a check and go home it ain't that deep
