Can we please stop the whining and just get to work? This is a publicly traded company with a duty to reorganize and optimize efficiency, not a summer camp. Complaining about "lost culture" or "used to care" isn't helping. If you don't care anymore, it's time to move on but most of you won’t.
We're all here to earn a paycheck, and it's time to face the reality that our business needs to address inefficiencies. Nostalgia for the "good old days" won't solve our current challenges.
If you're really unhappy with the culture or your job, it probably shows in your work and someone will likely take care of it in the next reorganization.
You have a job, you have benefit’s and you are so fortunate so just stop the negative a lot of us are so over the “it’s not what it used to be” drama . You are lucky enough already! Let's focus on what matters and get things done.
