Yep, and it's called networking. You can try it yourself.

@bid+1tC9feIP, it's very true, executives and managers do so many bad things every day and get away with them despite WF compliance training.

It's pretty common for manager to take a bribe. They are probably doing the same to their boss.

I had a manager taking bribes, the more money you donate to his [event enter here], the better the worker you are.

People on OPT visa loved him.

Wells company culture is all about who you know. Meeting expectations and getting along may not be enough when stack ranking is in play.

Lmao. That one person singled out for "can't be bothered to meet the lowest expectations " typically is meeting. They also are meeting adherence & accountability. They choose to follow their schedules and work. Meanwhile the manager's gang every day signs off and has impromptu "meetings". They cut up so loud the customers on the phone are asking is there a party going on up in there? Lol. There's no way all those people have the same breaks, etc. Just saying.

"Managers are going to use mid year review to remove toxic people who can’t be bothered to meet the lowest bar of expectations I’ve ever seen in my adult life and who are difficult to get along with."

Fixed it for you.
