Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Anyone else put on PIP's this last week for stats?

Did anyone else suspiciously get put on warnings for stats this last week, in what is a clear attempt to thin the herd right before layoffs?

Charlie does not want to pay severance so employees are forced out via performance. Careful Charlie, karma is going to get you.

Managers are such wimps. They refuse to have the hard conversations on performance because most times the performance goals are bogus and don’t really mean anything because no one puts any effort into it.

Should be no surprises should have documentation for any insufficient work. They are bullying folks to leave through forced attrition and tryna fire the rest for stupid stuff like RTO. RTO would be rule violation so fired for cause and no unemployment benefits either.

Because there is no way possible that you were PIP’d for a valid reason!

Are you mad that you didn’t make your metrics and are being held accountable for it or are you mad that a policy is actually being enforced?
