We have a townhall in the middle of the year literally every year
All of San Ramon will be laid off if they decide not to move to Houston. Have fun in the most miserable city in the US. It was fun while it lasted in SR CA.
But but but why did CP not save us?
It will be the same old message heard time and again. All issues, faults and problems will be with the masses who failed to carry out the well-conceived master plan from the head shed. The result will be more trimming of staff and consolidation of work. In other words, the beatings will continue until moral improves.
It has been four years since we “transformed to win.” If we are not on track for 22% ROCE and carbon reduction targets, the failure rests squarely on the shoulders of the execs. The idea that those same execs will come up with a plan to get us there is illogical.
Ther view now is that we will miss production target, despite the promise to the Wall Street, that mean the stock value will be under pressure,so would be our positions within the company.

Centralization efforts will continue, BU would reduce headcount and weaker BU would be sold (CBU). Plus we are starting India like BP, Exxon and Shell. Expect 2000 jobs to move there in 3 years, mostly Houston based jobs.
