What should I do?

Sr. executive here. Don't mess with us, we will make sure you get punished.
HR won’t do cr-p! You need to get out. It won’t get better and they will wait to get sued before they do something to a manager.
We had tons of managers and good people leave and complain on the way out.
They could care less
Anyone on this forum from Wells Fargo Rail?
Reporting to HR they will just check if any action against you was the result of gender, ethnicity, etc and if not they will say they have the right to act that way.
Source: personal experience. Fortunately the mgr was caught doing it multiple times and left the bank finally.
I quit a few months back but still come to this forum occasionally. I worked for Hells Fargo for 15 years. It would be more surprising if a manager wasn't a petty bully in that dumpster fire that calls itself a bank.
Um- quit. No one is forcing you to stay.
Maybe explain your post??? Details of how you’re being bullied? Or is your manager just making you accountable & adhering to job expectations & you don’t like it? Without info this post is useless.
@1rjb+1tA28ePU. Lots of managers like this at the bank.
I know of a leader (initials NB) in CCIBT who is 100% a bully. She has a little side kick and they spend all day talking sh$t and sharing false information about everyone. They also love to gang up on other members on the team to degrade them and purposely tries to set them up for failure. It’s so sad because she acts like a perfect angel in front of the CCIBT leadership team, but shows her true colors to all those who she thinks are below her. She’s been reported to HR multiple times and nothing has happened.
Grow a set.
What's she doing? Taking your lunch money?
I'm immediately skeptical of people that use generalized buzzwords to describe what's happening. I know people that consider their manager asking them to do their job to be "bullying", so you're gonna have to be more specific.
Sue.
Tell him you slept with his wife. That always makes them mad.
@ska+1tA28ePU, Get lost! Because of people like you, many employees are suffering.
Ask him/her to step outside.
Report to federal agencies.
Fight back.
