For 5 years we have had constant leader and organizational changes. That only serves to buy another 6 months before the next one. I am going to leave this organization within the next 12 months and already have some interviews in process. I hear the pharmacy issues are continuing and now starting to impact our medical clients.
Yes , lots of offshoring to phl carelon global solutions they are taking our jobs
Discussion of their new strategies as they like to call it.
I have a meeting with corporate on 05/16(Thursday), Anyone knows what this means?
@qtu+1swIYkDA it already feels like that has happened. Before, I would know a RIF happened by just being at work. Now I have to check on here to see if it actually happened. It's getting less with numbers, but it's still scary. Feels like it's less people now. It has and will always be never-ending. This company never stops doing reorgs. The huge numbers are not happening anymore like in the 4th quarter of 2023.
Eventually there has to be a tapering off of RIF’s. We’re simply going to run out of people. Yeah, ChatGPT-4o will replace a lot of call center folks and UM and PA personnel. When we’re down to a few hundred associates below the VP level, we’ll be RIF free for a while. I wouldn’t want to be the guy/gal left doing 30 people’s work load though.
Ani* is the global CIO
I really hate when people make posts like this. The title of the post is a statement and then the post itself is a question asking if it's happening.
@sqe+1swIYkDA what/who is "Ani*"??
Basically any area that has a direct line to Ani* he overspent his budget by $30mil and now they’re trying to course correct. Things like Spark took way more $ than expected. I know Carelon IT is $9mil over budget for the year and trying to adjust.
RIF in GA?????
For those that seem to be certain, which areas?
Notifications on 5/16 are happening. I am a people leader and know this for certain.
