Production Hard Freezes - Heightened Awareness

For several weeks there have been periods called Heightened Awareness or Hard Freezes. Sounds like something broke with our technology that impacted customers. Anyone know what broke to cause these freezes on releasing new stuff?

The process has become so convoluted that people have the goal of simply getting through the red tape, instead of having the goal of getting the job done right.

It doesn’t help that the best people are LONG gone…..

The Freezes are causing more risk, putting things in, then having to pull things out on a weekly basis. That's what happens when people who don't understand what we do are making knee jerk decisions bank wide. Instead of isolating the apps causing the issues and just holding those, they punish everyone instead. This is what happens when you let go all your qualified SME
s and QA testers. Junk in - Junk out.

Well...I suggest putting it in the cloud...with an API...and try that wonderful PowerBI.
That should fix it, I'm sure! Wells Fargo, defining the left hand side of the bell-curve.

Senior managers can't find there ar-e with both hands They won't admit that the outages have been caused by moving "functions" off shore. And the Queen of clueless (TK) has to bring in a Quality assurance person to straighten things out
How about holding managers accountable
This has turned into a sh-tshow since Brady was placed in charge
