Anyone else have experience with Chevron's attorney's submitting obvious false statements under oath where the written evidence contradicts their written statements?

Not under oath, but in daily practice, every single day.
50% of all attorneys graduate at the bottom half of their class and this is the pool Chevron hires from.
I'm generally happy with all our attornies, I just wonder sometimes why we have so many. I mean, there are like hundreds if you look them up on whitepages. Seems like an over ki-l to me. My opinion only.
Drilled down and found the main nerve and the attorney's unite to portray something they are not. Apparently attorney's can't take responsibility for their actions. Blame others and deny responsbility. No wonder attorney's are not well thought of in this company or any other.
In my experience they're bumbling backstabbing money grubbers. They're only revered because the employees they're around have relatively simple lives that don't involve observing the bizarre behavior of an attorney.
"I don't think anyone doubted you had a good experience with a Chevron attorney."
which one would that be from your description of the "liars and deniers"?
Just wondering.
BTW, I don't give a flyin flip what your opinion about CVX lawyers are. But I can assure you that blanket false statements on junk websites from disgruntled employees are worth every penny paid for them.
I don't think anyone doubted you had a good experience with a Chevron attorney. I simply stated my experience which is obviously different from yours. But to think that every Chevron attorney is good because of your experience is naive.
You are 100% correct sir! No evidence for the liars and deniers of the legal issues that I had excellent help from the CVX attorneys with dealing with contractors. This site is a theatre for fake news, but don't let that stop you from providing some evidence.
We'll wait.
Good to see the Chevron liars and deniers on a layoff site out in full force. No evidence to support the denials only what they want people to believe. If you think Chevron safety violations are not discussed internally, with Chevron attorney's, you have no idea what you are talking about.
You can be more creative than that with your fake stories. C'mon man! That last one was a dud that's been reused over and over. You don't use a CVX attorney to discuss internal CVX safety issues with anyway. You need an outside one. Try harder, liars.
I met with a Chevron attorney to discuss safety issues. I showed him many pictures of workers exposed to toxic chemicals without proper ppe. Attorney acknowledged the obvious safety issues and then proceeded to cover it up as fast as he could.
I have had nothing but good experiences with the CVX attorneys regarding the legal issues that I had to clear up with contractors. They were very up front and accountable. Yet it sure is easy to lie and create falsehoods on an anonymous website while hiding behind your keyboard like a little coward, we know all about that.
I have also worked with Chevron attorney's and was lied to and mislead. Then they covered up and hid results. It appears integrity does not apply to Chevron attorney's.
I have personally worked with CVX attorneys regarding contractor performance issues and potential over charges. I find them to be reliable and helpful in resolving the issues. I admit that they aren't a fun bunch to be around, but I like that fact that they take their work seriously.
I'd like a Penthouse SUITE instead thanks, rotfl!
I see Chevron's attorney's monitor this site, are b___ hurt with the truth, and down vote to try and hide their incompetence.
But what did the law SUITES ever do to them? Are they just angry at real estate in general? 😜
Also, is correct spelling a dying skill?
Chevron attorneys are rewarded entirely on how much money they save by fighting back real law suites.
Chevron attorney's are all DEI so actually being qualified is not a requirement.
Chevron legal is the epic center of the current corruption hands down. In other similar corporations, the legal team proactively focus on compliance and social justices elements. In Chevron, "they fight until the he-l freeze" to protect corruption and Chevron criminal activities. What is even a bigger disaster is whatever they do overseas is ten times worse than what they do in the US. Chevron legal needs to go back to the days of Charles A. James where the legal team held much higher levels of ethics and integrity despite all challenges they were facing at that time rather than what they became as the soulless attorneys who do the dirty work to cover up on corruption.
@oem - it is a common practice for companies to be represented by outside counsel in litigation. This done as those attorneys are generally admitted to the relevant bar, some may have specific technical expertise, and they have direct litigation experience in court. This isn’t something unique to Chevron.
There's a lot of pathetic butthurt loser employees on this site who seriously need to either start their own company so that they can run it like they want to, or go work for a company where they approve of the way it's run. Why is that so hard?
Donziger was the poster child for corrupt attorney. Chevron had outside attorney's represent Chevron as Chevron attorney's don't have the knowledge or experience to handle that type of case. However, Chevron attorney's have learned from Donziger to fabricate evidence when documents contradict Chevron's attorney representations. I would think Chevron could have learned what not to do instead of joining in the corruption.
