These visits by the new CEO are such a waste of money. No one wants to meet him. GM's are threatening employees not to ask stupid questions. We are being warned don't look like you are not a team player. Fake smiles and su-king up all around during the d-mb visits.

Its too funny watching the GMs and VPs paint this ra-ra go team culture when in reality its abusive leadership going on. I hope the CEO is not that stupid to believe these lies.
I was told the same thing from the GM too! “Don’t say anything stupid”
Maybe-just maybe-the CEO shouldn’t announce when and where he is visiting so that he can see the reality of the operations.
