Thread regarding Hertz layoffs

Upper management shake up

CEO was brought in from a failing company (Cruise) and now CFO coming from a failing company (Spirit)... Who is hiring all these all stars to run the company?

Probably not wasting his time with current finance leadership that’s taken hertz through bankruptcy and purchased all the teslas. Work on your resume

CFO is horrible. 1st week didn't meet any of the team. 2nd week went on vacation. 3rd week spent 10 minutes in business reviews and left. Coin flip if he is going to bring any value to the company. 1st impression is as bad as it can get.

Hertz Human resource department hires only the best.

That same human resource department hates money.
Hertz HR dept continues to allow low performance stemming from car cleaners, operations managers, GMs, corporate admin positions, CSRS, Flex, and even within the HR department.

The bleeding will continue.

Seniority just means the company is allowing ineptitude to continue.

WAKE-UP HERTZ!

Pi-s poor performance in any position needs to GO!

Current CFO should never have been promoted to that role in the first place so not surprised she is "moving on."
