It has been a month, what do we think? Keeper?
Mary's compensation in Fiscal 2023 was $3,919,295

How did she sc--w sal over?
She managed to get 5 million a year for a HR Admin Job way over the payscale and market rates, she had to deliver nothing for that, but extra services the details agreed with Mike, turned out a very expensive deal/business.
How did she sc--w sal over?
@1ztd+1sQZaOPE looks like DXC are going hot, will now be recognized for one Camire reason.
Expecting the Mary wanting to move on, family time email shortly.
They seem to imagine the execs are the key to solving DXC's problems...
Well, actually they are, but not in the way they imagine.
Solving the problem means ending the kleptocracy that is both real and perceived.
The company is failing and failing hard. Stop the exec looting that rewards failure and mo--nic share buy backs. Both of those things DXC is a Wall Street leader in. Literally top of the class.
When there is money in the pot, hand it out evenly to everyone. Set realistic targets, give people genuine achievable goals for everyone to do their bit and be rewarded.
I guess this is probably beyond these over paid donkeys to achieve though. No executive management class exists that tells you how to do that in 12 weeks.
Its not rocket science, anyone who has run their own business can see how this works.... Just sadly not these overfed fat vultures of the type we always end up with.
Pull your finger out Raul!
In 2019, they brought in people from Accenture. Fast forward to 2024, they're 'letting go' of people from Accenture and are now bringing in people from IBM. I've realized:
- A lack of discussion exists in an organizational context that values hierarchy and control.
- This company has learned nothing from its past mistakes. Knowledge leaves the company. Hence mistakes are being repeated.
- Every time someone new joins the leadership team, they talk exactly the same as their predecessors.
- Once that honeymoon phase is gone and the newcomers are su-ked into the DXC vortex of despair, 'fiduciary responsibilities', toxic work culture etc.. All their business acumen will vanish and they'll default to cost cutting, talking in circles without answering questions, and uphold radio silence while the workforce continues quietly quitting.
This company has all the opportunities to turn it around and make it work yet those opportunities are being squandered. This poster @icl+16dvnZOh described it well.

The new hottie model can certainly talk the talk, "people, AI, transformation journey, asset, passionate, brand, powerful, client centric" and more, she managed in 2 sentences, she is a good b4llshitter.
All she missed off is Nvidia, and Cloud, maybe one for her 3rd sentence.
I am delighted to join DXC at such a pivotal point in the company's transformational journey," said Camire. "I truly believe the most valued asset for any organization is its people and I am passionate about establishing human connections through brand strategy. This presents an opportunity to leverage the power of data and AI to align brand resonance, lead generation and client-centric stories taking DXC to its next chapter, while fostering meaningful connections."
Swapping deck chairs on the titanic. More ice anybody ?
It’s all about being seen to be doing something. Not actually doing or achieving anything. Well, except for getting great bonus and pay offs. Good marketing !
Trust me it's not Mary that I feel bad for
You lot are soft in the head. Finchy took 5 million a year from your pay, she dragged you with hopes each year then effed you over at the end.
Why do you feel sorry for her? What has she achieved for her 20 million plus NOTHING!, she can earn more in interest than you will in your life. Get real she has been looting it.
@gom+1sQZaOPE TBH I feel a bit guilty about it but that was also the first thing that came to mind. Its a bit of a relief that I'm not alone on that one....
Bit of a hottie compared to Mary.
Another Ex IBM getting a bit predictable, Hope she delivers, then again Mary does nothing so not difficult to improve on that.
Hope she negotiated a good payoff for when she is kicked out/leaves/made redundant.
Marketing with no budget how hard is that?
