Thread regarding DXC Technology layoffs

Is there an exec transfer portal between DXC and IBM?

Anyone else notice the exchange of execs between DXC and IBM?

From DXC to IBM
April 2024: Mark Hughes, from DXC President Security to IBM Global Managing Partner Cybersecurity Services

From IBM to DXC:
May 2024: Cameron Art, from IBM General Manager of Americas to DXC General Manager of UK&I and Americas regions

September 2023: Howard Boville, from IBM SVP Cloud Platform, technology lifecycle services (TLS) and cybersecurity to DXC EVP and global lead of applications services and AI

May 2023: Rob Del Bene, from IBM General Manager IBM Technology Lifecycle Services to DXC EVP and Chief Financial Officer

What's up? Others to add to the list?

Having now seen him in action at his townhall today, I now understand the comments about our new head of US & UKI, he is truly awful, a total and utter w-anchor.

How did he reach such a position of authority? I certainly won't put myself through the pain of listening to him again

Yes Cameron has a reputation for bullying. Just what we need, another bully.

with the exception of Mark Hughes, its all one way traffic - IBM cast-offs replacing the previous Accenture cast-offs at DXC. Going by the previous post's comment on Cameron Art, he will be busy and able to storm out of meetings on both sides of the Atlantic simultaneously. Is UK&I now called Airstrip One with thanks to George Orwell for forecasting DXC's geographically challenged management structure! Almost as strange as Mary-3-emails-a-year marketing decisions around sponsoring Manchester United (just about to complete worst season in over 30 years) and Ferrari who promptly sign HP as their main and real IT sponsor (their words).

IBM turned a corner with Kendryl

The hope is if we steal as many of their leadership team as we can, we can be Kendryl 2.0

“We have an incredibly corrupt corporate governance structure,” said Dean Baker, a senior economist at the Center for Economic and Policy research.

Finally people are recognizing, Dean Baker sums up DXC in a nutshell. It's called the old boys network.

Guys going from left to right and from right to left are the smart b-ms - cause they rake in more moolah in the move.

You guys in DXC are dufusses. Please work hard for no salary increases, because but for you donkey's we will not be getting our millions.

Btw - please don't forget to do your year end appraisals. Our yes man crew, aka the middle managers will reach out to you to complete this procedural BS.
