Don't forget George Koutsaftes in the list of disasters along with JW and Darry A-s. GK completely wrecked a vibrant organization and fired lot of well experienced talented people. GK is currently jobless, I am waiting for him to find a public company so that I can short their stock. I have seen him in action and is complete id--t. He can drive any good business to ground.

Supposedly, JW was gone in April and DA is going this month. I pray that they are not still involved in the management of HW. They were both disasters. Completely ignorant of business practices.
Sell offs will not happen. That requires work and strategic vision. All we have is MOS

I was on an interesting investor call the other day about this being endemic in some major American corporations, Honeywell was in the target list for businesses that may fall off a cliff and be ripe for future takeover. It was an interesting take, Boeing was mentioned a lot too.
You can't be a product company and be lead by aggressive/greed driven accountants.

Commercial security in hbt is firing lots of employees in Europe as it is not profitable. Loss making business unit. Rumours are that the next step is a sell off. What do you expect after not launching any successful new platform in the last 10 years? Just China cctv oem’s. Failed connected offerings.
By band you mean DA and JW who are both still terrifically involved in management of the company?
