PTO after Layoff Notice Date

How does Wells payout any unused pto after the notice date? Also, what happens if ur in the negative balance on ur pto, are you required to pay that or is that automatically taken out of ur check or severance?

I don't know about previously scheduled PTO during your notice period, but any accrued, unused PTO will be paid out after 60 days. You also continue to accumulate PTO during the 60 days, since you're still technically employed.

Not sure if this is mandated or is the same for everyone who is laid off, but my 2 up manager asked me to do 3 things once we hung up from our notice meeting. 1) make sure my personal email address was listed and correct in Workday. 2) Cancel any scheduled PTO in Workday as my accrued PTO thru end of notice period will be paid out on a separate payment. And 3) put an Out of Office message on directing people to my direct manager. My access was not cut off immediately however as some have said so I was able to do all that.

Not received packet yet, expecting/hoping for August location strategy to get me. Do they pay for accrued sick leave, for those of us in locations which mandate separate sick time?

What if you have PTO scheduled during the 60 day notice? Can you cancel it so it is paid out after the period ends?

Why do you ask, if you got laid off it's all in the packet. If you used more pto then accrued, you pay it back. Unused pto is paid out after 60-day notice period is up.
